Our software implementation methodologies are designed around your specific project requirements to ensure its success.

Implementation involves the delivery of all requirements identified in the  Scope of Works and Interface Specifications. The implementation includes the deployment of the software, any configurations or registrations completed as part of the pre-Implementation process as well as any additional services.

TridentGLOBAL Professional Services team is composed of individuals with extensive experience in the successful implementation of projects similar to yours. A nominated member of the Professional Services team will take time to describe and guide you through every stage of the process. You’ll discover that none of the stages involved in implementation are difficult to manage.

There are number of activities both parties must perform to facilitate implementation.

Working to a designated time table, your Professional Services Consultant will ensure that you are made aware of both the project deliverables and activities each party must perform at each respective phase of the project.

Our management tools include a status reporting, progress monitoring, automated issues / action item list and a resolution tracking system.
Project reports are prepared at pre-defined intervals summarising the over-all project status, key deliverables, and milestones.
