Product Database and Electronic Filing
Product Database
The TridentGLOBAL product database enables you to store detailed information including:
- product code
- invoice description
- packing list description
- weight and volume.
The AHECC (Australian Harmonized Export Commodity Classification) and FOB (Free on Board) value can be used for Australian Customs clearance. EXDOC includes commodity, pack type, cut type etc. Each product can have multiple prices, be based on Incoterms and repeated for each foreign currency.
Electronic Filing
Electronic Filing allows the ability to store the Bill of Lading against each consignment. It can also be used for storing scanned paper documents, Excel or Word files, emails, audio, pictures etc and provides a way of associating any electronic file with a TridentGLOBAL consignment.
